They require jumping an initial hurdle of not even using the same alphabet (Chinese - not at all!) and use sounds very foreign to our ears/tongues (pardon the puns). Will you have access to tutors or native speakers, say a university or large city? If you plan to go past a mere introduction, they will be all but required for the latter two choices especially.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
